REWRITE

            私は彼氏がいませんが、私の友達のうち五人は彼氏や彼女がいます。バレンタインを祝うためにジャキーはスイスのグシュタードへ行きました。それから、ファハードという友達は彼女に会いにサンフランシスコへ行きました。けれど、他の友達は彼氏がいないので、みんな寂しそうでした。彼氏がいないと、プレゼントを貰えないし、いいレストランへもいけません。なので、メガンという友達と「シークレットバレンタイン」の打ち合わせをしました。そこで皆とプレセントを交換し合いました。私はナッソーすしで鍋焼きうどんとドラゴンロールを食べました。 冬に食べる鍋焼きうどんは、とてもおいしかった。そして天ぷらも入っていて、全部美味しくいただきました。私のシークレットバレンタインの相手は友達のダニエルでした。ダニエルは私にかわいいブレスレットとチョコレートをくれました。晩御飯の後、皆でパーティーへ行きました。彼氏はいないけど、楽しいバレンタインデーでした!

Reflection: I seem to have made several careless grammatical mistakes in this post. Mistaking へ and で and other grammatical points. I also misspelled a few katakana words; most of my mistakes were preventable if only I had been a little bit less careless. However, in trying to describe this secret valentine event, which is an easily describable simple concept when explained in English lingo, I found difficulties expressing what I want in Japanese. This, I think, is because this blog spot should have been written in Japanese teenage lingos that I am not familiar with.
